Bree is an Associate in the Private Clients group at Moores.

As a member of the Estate Planning and Probate team, Bree assists her clients with:

  • Estate litigation and dispute resolution including Estate Challenges and contested Probate applications
  • Constructive trust and equitable claims
  • Estate administration
  • Guardianship and Administration matters
  • Power of Attorney disputes
  • Voluntary Assisted Dying and Advance Care Planning

Bree appreciates the complexity and sensitivity that goes hand in hand with disputes in the context of a deceased estate. She enjoys being able to untangle difficult legal issues and ultimately help her clients gain peace of mind.

Alongside her legal qualifications, Bree has completed a Master of Bioethics and is currently completing her PhD in Bioethics at Monash University. Bree’s research into the ethics of end of life decision making give her a unique perspective on the issues and nuances that often arise in Estate disputes.
