Bridgette Kennedy is a Senior Lawyer in the Property and Construction Team at Moores.

Bridgette draws on her almost 20 years’ experience to advise commercial, for purpose, not for profit and private clients in relation to a broad range of property matters including acquisitions and disposals, commercial and retail leasing, off the plan developments, joint ventures, and due diligence. Her experience spans a wide range of sectors including education, social housing, childcare, commercial and residential projects. Bridgette has extensive leasing experience, encompassing the retail, industrial and office sectors and covering all elements of the leasing life cycle. Her many years of property experience, combined with previous experience in commercial, M&A and franchising transactions, allows her to provide commercially astute advice to her clients that takes into account the broader commercial context of the property transaction as she understands that the property elements of a transaction do not occur in a vacuum.

Why Moores?

"I’ve found a workplace where I can practice my craft whilst making a real difference.  I also get to work with people who are experts in their fields and are also great people."

Bridgette loves watching movies but, controversially, has never seen The Sound of Music or Top Gun.
