With broad expertise across the team, Mariah has experience in workplace relations, regulatory compliance, education law and privacy.

Mariah is passionate about assisting employers, schools and not-for-profits navigate complex and challenging disputes and is committed to ensuring the best possible outcome is achieved with risk and liability minimised.

Mariah enjoys getting to know the values and purpose of her clients to be able to assist them in developing the tools and resources they need to operate in a lawful and sustainable manner.

Mariah has achieved some remarkable outcomes for clients, including pro-bono assistance on discrimination, sexual harassment and underpayment of wages claims.
