Melissa Elleray is a Lawyer in the Corporate Advisory Team at Moores

Working in child safety, discrimination and workplace relations, Melissa prides herself on providing a strategic, tailored and practical solutions to our clients’ problems.

As part of the Child Safety Team, Melissa advises organisations on preventing and responding to child safety concerns. From developing policies and procedures to keep children safe in line with current best practice, to advising on legal obligations across all States and Territories and responding to child safety incidents, Melissa provides a considered and tailored approach to compliance and investigations.

Melissa also provides preventative workplace relations and discrimination advice, and representation to clients when a dispute arises.

Melissa delivers seminars and workshops to schools, students and other organisations on complex legal and social issues such as consent, respectful relationships and discrimination.

Melissa’s background in psychology helps her to build positive relationships with clients based on empathy, respect and empowerment. She approaches her clients’ matters with curiosity, kindness and creativity, which helps to secure great results.
