Yoni Ungar is an Associate lawyer in the Corporate Advisory Team at Moores.

Yoni is passionate about unlocking the potential of charities, not-for-profits and social ventures, and empowering them to do more good.

Yoni provides advice to his For Purpose clients in a methodical, stress-free and efficient manner to ensure that his clients are well equipped to continue doing what they do best. Yoni loves working with new for purpose ventures and providing advice about the most effective way to establish structures and governance processes. As a problem solver and practical thinker, Yoni can be trusted to provide the advice that is needed to resolve internal disputes and governance or compliance issues.

Having previously worked on a range of general commercial, property law and litigation matters, Yoni has the skills and well-rounded expertise to provide holistic and comprehensive advice to his clients on a range of often out-of-the-box issues.

Whilst it is extremely important to Yoni to respond to his client’s legal requirements, Yoni values building strong ongoing relationships of trust and relishes viewing, over time, the progress, success and social impact made by his For Purpose clients.

Why Moores?

“Every day I’m provided with opportunities to connect with and learn from values-focused, driven colleagues and clients.”

Also…

Yoni loves nothing more than a road trip, crisp stone fruit, and a dip in the cold ocean on a hot day (all three experienced together if possible!).
