Genevieve Twyford is an Associate in the Disputes Team at Moores.
Genevieve advises and represents clients across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, with experience in dispute resolution and general commercial litigation. She assists clients navigating complex and often high-pressure matters, bringing clarity and confidence to each stage of the dispute process.
Genevieve has worked on matters including contractual, property and tenancy disputes, estate litigation and family provision claims, as well as professional negligence, discrimination and defamation claims. She has also contributed to a human rights claim involving the traditional custodians of the ACT. Her litigation experience extends across multiple jurisdictions and Courts.
Genevieve’s approach is grounded in providing clear, timely and plain English advice, with a strong focus on reducing stress for clients. She prioritises understanding each client’s needs and delivering practical guidance that supports informed decision-making throughout the dispute process.
