Sebastian works with clients across a range of wills and estates matters, with a particular focus on resolving disputes involving wills, trusts, estates, superannuation as well as Guardianship and Administration matters. He also assists clients with complex estate planning strategies, including testamentary trusts and intra-family loan agreements, helping families protect assets and reduce the risk of future disputes.
