Moores appoints new Practice Leader

We are delighted to announce James Dimond’s appointment as a Practice Leader of the firm.

James heads up the Elder Financial Abuse and VCAT Guardianship disputes team at Moores, whilst maintaining a focus on estate and trust disputes.

James’ ability to guide clients, their families and their advisers through the complexities and experience of helping vulnerable people either with a disability or who have lost capacity, adds real and unique value to our ability to holistically support our clients.

Having joined Moores last year as a Special Counsel in the Estate Administration and Litigation Team, James has worked closely with fellow Practice Leader, Lachlan McKenzie to grow the practice into a formidable team with a very strong reputation in the market.

As an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates and a STEP – Trusts and Estates Practitioner, James has over 10 years’ extensive experience across all aspects of Wills and Estates practice, with a particular focus on working with the vulnerable and resolving complex disputes regarding wills, trusts, estates, superannuation and Guardianship and Administration.

Congratulations James.
