As part of the workplace relations team, Dilshan advises organisations on a range of employment law issues, including wage compliance, superannuation obligations, disciplinary and termination of employment, instrument interpretation and employment litigation.
Dilshan has gained experience in the corporate world as a Consultant with Deloitte, advising on large corporate underpayments, industrial relations strategy and workforce optimisation.
