Ellen Turner is an Associate in the Disputes Team at Moores

Ellen has expertise in dispute resolution, with a particular focus on construction, property, workplace and commercial disputes. Ellen has assisted clients by providing advice and legal support in the following areas:

  • contractual disputes;
  • property / leasing disputes;
  • construction defects disputes;
  • professional liability matters;
  • security of payment act claims;
  • discrimination claims;
  • general protections and unfair dismissal claims under the Fair Work Act; and
  • workplace and child safety investigations.

Ellen works alongside Moores’ organisational and private clients workgroups, to provide strategic guidance to all clients on how to best achieve a resolution of their matter, consistent with their overall objectives and in a timely and cost effective manner.

Why Moores?

"I want to make a difference beyond the legal work. With Moores being “here for good” I have the opportunity to work alongside like-minded people for clients that share our values, causes and passions, and ultimately do work that can lead to great outcomes."

When she’s not at the office, you’ll find Ellen lacing up her boots each weekend to tackle a WNPL soccer game (and an opposition player or two as well). Ask her about her love for the real football…if you have time to spare.
