Ellen Turner is a Senior Lawyer in the Disputes Team at Moores

Ellen has expertise in dispute resolution, with a particular focus on construction, property, workplace and commercial disputes. Ellen has assisted clients by providing advice and legal support in the following areas:

  • contractual disputes;
  • property / leasing disputes;
  • construction defects disputes;
  • professional liability matters;
  • security of payment act claims;
  • discrimination claims;
  • general protections and unfair dismissal claims under the Fair Work Act; and
  • workplace and child safety investigations.

Ellen works alongside Moores’ organisational and private clients workgroups, to provide strategic guidance to all clients on how to best achieve a resolution of their matter, consistent with their overall objectives and in a timely and cost effective manner.
