Evelyn is Lawyer in the Disputes Team at Moores.

Evelyn is a dispute resolution lawyer, with a particular focus on commercial and property disputes. Evelyn works closely alongside Moores’ organisational and private clients workgroups to deliver strategic advice and advocates for clients at all stages of the dispute resolution process.

Evelyn’s approach is centred on providing timely, clear, and commercially minded advice. She places a strong emphasis on understanding each client’s objectives early in the process to work towards achieving the best possible outcome, whether through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, or litigation.

Evelyn’s experience includes litigation in the Supreme Court, County Court, and VCAT, where she has been involved in preparing for hearings, facilitating negotiations, and managing mediations.
