Laura Brookes is a Lawyer in the Corporate Advisory Team at Moores.

Laura works with charities, not-for-profits and purpose-led organisations to establish and strengthen the structures that support their work. Her practice spans governance, regulatory compliance and organisational change, helping clients navigate their legal obligations while remaining focused on their purpose.

Having worked within not-for-profit organisations across education, community work and environmental conservation, Laura brings valuable first-hand sector experience to her legal practice. This background gives her a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by purpose-led organisations and the values that drive their work.

Laura takes a kind, empathetic and down-to-earth approach to working with clients. She takes the time to understand each organisation, its people and its purpose, providing practical and tailored advice that supports what they are trying to achieve.

Why Moores?
