Madeleine Purcell is an Associate in the Estate Litigation and Administration team at Moores

Madeleine is an experienced Wills and Estates Lawyer, with a particular interest in Estate Litigation. This includes disputes regarding Wills & Estates (ie Testator Family Maintenance Claims & Contested Probate matters), Guardianship matters & Administration disputes.

In addition to disputes, Madeleine also assists with obtaining Grants of Probate & Letters of Administration (including complex grants) and the Administration of Estates

Madeleine's previous experience includes drafting Wills, and she has worked in multiple jurisdictions including Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania.

Litigation can be stressful, so coupling that with the death of a loved one and sensitive familial situations it is important to closely support clients to navigate them through their matter with empathy, providing them with practical clear advice to achieve a quick resolution.
