Patrice is a Special Counsel in the Workplace Relations team at Moores.

Patrice specialises in Child Safety and Safeguarding with over 15 years’ experience in the legal industry, representing a range of clients including many disadvantaged and vulnerable clients. She is passionate about keeping children and vulnerable people safe and has dedicated her career to doing so.

Patrice has played a pivotal role in assisting organisations to comply with regulators, implement recommendations from public enquiries and applying best practice processes. She is experienced in case managing complex matters and has gained extensive experience as an advocate in court, often in highly contentious and sensitive cases.

By equipping organisations with best practice legal advice in safeguarding, Patrice believes that children and vulnerable people are less likely to be harmed as they have in the past. To provide this advice, she first understands the operations of the client and identifies risks so they can be mitigated.

When engaging with clients and individuals, Patrice conducts herself in a professional and trauma informed manner in order to build rapport and develop an understanding of the individual complexities of cases.
