Stephen is a Lawyer in the Private Clients Team at Moores

Working in the areas of Estate Litigation, Elder Financial Abuse, VCAT Guardianship and Administration and Deceased Estates, Stephen supports his clients through what can be a challenging and emotional experience. He has experience in family law, property law and criminal law which provides him a broad perspective in helping his clients.

Stephen views the law as a problem-solving tool. Just as communication, cooperation and negotiation each have a part to play resolving issues, knowledge and operation of legal mechanisms can assist in managing the unique agitating factors in each matter. He will use all the tools at his disposal to seek to ethically achieve your negotiated outcomes.

Before joining the legal industry, Stephen was a self-employed audio engineer in South Australia. He was fortunate to work with talented performers on media productions and at the burlesque and theatre venues at which he was a house technician.

Why Moores?

"The talent and culture at Moores are second to none; with knowledgeable accredited specialists leading the teams and my colleagues having a rich diversity of life experience, there is no place like home."
