Tendai is involved in a broad range of construction projects, contributing to work on private developments, social housing projects, school projects, commercial buildings and industrial projects. His experience includes working in the front-end, drafting and assisting with building contracts and a variety of other key project agreements, including consultancy agreements, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) agreements and letters of intent.
He enjoys being part of the delivery of construction projects and working through the legal and commercial issues that arise in practice. Tendai brings a personable, diligent and detail‑focused approach to his work, with an emphasis on contributing to matters in a clear and considered way.

Outside of work, Tendai enjoys travelling, discovering new music, attending live concerts and exploring Melbourne's vast food scene. He also likes keeping active, whether that's at the gym or playing his favourite sports (including ping pong which he attests to be very competitive at).
