  • Safeguarding & child safety – Essential annual training for staff on their child safety obligations, expected standards of behaviour, indicators of harm, culturally safe environments and mitigating risks of harm, consistent with requirements of the Ministerial Order 1359 and Minimum Standards.
  • Privacy and avoiding data breaches in the age of hacking, ransomware and generative AI – now with AI law – This practical workshop covers core obligations in the school context, the most common causes of data breaches in schools and interactive & engaging case studies which will leave your staff both energised and equipped to confidently navigate privacy in the unique school environment. This includes a discussion of the impact of AI and the new privacy laws.
  • Respect at Work – Essential annual training, including positive duty, for staff on their rights and responsibilities in relation to discrimination, sexual harassment, bullying and victimisation, so that staff are clear on the expected standards of behaviour and what recent Respect at Work reforms mean in practice.
  • Victorian Early Education and Childcare Reforms – Reaching all parts of the early childhood sector, including long daycare/childcare, sessional kindergartens, occasional care and school ELCs, the proposed Reforms underscore the need for childcare providers to act proactively and comprehensively and to be aware of emerging risk.
