Think of us as an extension of your team.

Our expertise covers all aspects of construction law, but we don’t just draft a contract then wait for a dispute. We help clients around the country structure and procure their projects to get greater value and efficiencies and focus on project management to help clients better deliver their projects on time, on budget and without disputes.

We firmly believe that most disputes can be avoided if the project is strategically implemented and the client then focuses on the “middle-ground” of project management and delivery.

We work for principals and major and specialist contractors across the property, not-for-profit, government, utilities, resources and agriculture sectors.

Where most firms charge by time, our approach is different. With Moores Agreed Pricing (MAP) you’ll know our fee before we begin work. No estimates. No ranges. No hourly rates.

We begin by listening carefully to you and will ask the right questions to understand your needs and how we can meet them.  If together, we are satisfied that we can move you to where you want to be, we will scope the work and propose a price.  This may involve giving you some options. In other words, the price will be a function of the scope of the work and the value we anticipate creating; not the time we spend on it.
