Catherine is an Associate in the Private Clients Team at Moores

Catherine is an understanding and passionate advocate that is driven to assist clients in a way that is accessible to them. Catherine specialises in estate litigation and has a particular interest in claims pursuant to Part IV of the Administration and Probate Act 1958 (Vic). She also supports clients with trust disputes, VCAT administration and guardianship matters and elder abuse.

As a member of the Estate Planning and Probate team, Catherine works hard to understand her client’s specific needs and goals and provide them with tailored solutions to achieve this. She aims to ensure that her advice is conveyed in a clear, practical and empathetic manner.
