Working in the Family and Relationship Law team Emma understands a breakdown in a relationship can be stressful and an overwhelming time. She prides herself on providing a strategic tailored approach to each client whether it is an amicable resolution, negotiated outcome or urgent litigation.

Emma has experience across property and parenting matters in both the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and Family Court of Australia. She appreciates that the changing landscape of family law means that each client has their own individual circumstances and unique objectives.
