Working across both property and estate planning, Rowdy has expertise in property sales, tax and duty issues, estate structuring and planning and retirement village and aged care facility transactions.

Rowdy has assisted numerous clients to navigate through life transitions with practical advice to help them identify their priorities and achieve results which are important to them.

Her focus is to guide her clients through these major changes, providing a clear, considered and cohesive approach.
