Zoe Tapp is an Associate in the Private Clients Team at Moores

Zoe has expertise in interpreting wills, testamentary trusts, superannuation (externally managed funds), property transfers, grants of representation–including probate and letters of administration, and administration of deceased estates - including calling in and collecting assets and distributing and transferring assets to beneficiaries.

Zoe's approach to helping clients, especially in the area of deceased estates, is to understand that they are dealing with a complex area of law at a vulnerable time. Zoe helps clients to navigate their next steps with empathy and a clear head to ensure a smooth sailing process.
