Zoe Tapp is an Associate in the Private Clients Team at Moores

Zoe has expertise in interpreting wills, testamentary trusts, superannuation (externally managed funds), property transfers, grants of representation–including probate and letters of administration, and administration of deceased estates - including calling in and collecting assets and distributing and transferring assets to beneficiaries.

Zoe's approach to helping clients, especially in the area of deceased estates, is to understand that they are dealing with a complex area of law at a vulnerable time. Zoe helps clients to navigate their next steps with empathy and a clear head to ensure a smooth sailing process.

Why Moores?

"Working at Moores gives me the opportunity to learn from an incredible team and to undertake complex and challenging work in this area of law that you don’t get at other firms. Being ‘here for good’ means that the clients are really at the forefront of what we do!"

Outside of work Zoe spends her time defending her choices of books to her book club and practicing the perfect serve on the tennis courts.
