Launched in recognition of Privacy Awareness Week 2026, held from 4–10 May, the toolkit aligns with this year’s theme Smart Tech, Smarter Choices: Protecting Your Privacy in the Age of AI, supporting organisations to take a proactive approach to privacy in an increasingly complex environment. The toolkit brings together foundational guidance and practical resources, including Privacy in Action – Prepare, Prevent, Protect, Privacy by Design – Creating a policy that works, and a Privacy Reforms Reference Guide, helping organisations understand their obligations and respond to evolving privacy expectations.
